The
Indian Institute of Information Technology
(IIITA), Allahabad is India's first premier institute of
excellence in IT and allied sciences established by MHRD, Government
of India.
Ours' is the first and only institute in India to impart the
PostGraduate specialization course in Human Computer Interaction
(HCI) starting in 2007. Our students have
been selected on an all India based examination GATE (Graduate Aptitude
Test for Engineering) and are the top 3% of the nation's talent pool.
We study, understand and create technology that accord with and
improve human capabilities, goals, and social environments.

The placement record since its inception has been 100%. The placement
of the batch 2014-15 fetched an highest package of 19 lakhs and average package of 7 lakhs per
